UYAR - Video Camera for a Machine Tool

UYAR is a new generation visual monitoring system for machine tools. With Uyar video cameras, you can visually monitor all processes in real-time from a separate screen or remotely from a computer, tablet, or phone screen in unmanned production. The closed IP protected camera is equipped with a light and rotating lens, which allow for good image quality in all situations inside the machine during the machining event. The camera allows you to see places you wouldn't otherwise. Uses for machine tool cameras can include 5-axis machine tools, horizontal machining machines, multitasking lathes, large boring machines, long millers, portal milling machines, or monitoring the machine tool in unmanned operation, e.g., in FMS lines or on parts with long machine times, such as mold machining. Uyar cameras are also an excellent addition for companies that want to show their customers what's happening inside the machine or for educational purposes in institutions where multiple people should see the machining process simultaneously.

With the UYAR camera system, monitoring the machining event is easy from a separate display or over the network from a computer or mobile device. The real-time streaming video can also be recorded for later review or used, for example, in creating promotional or educational material.
