We offer full Mastercam support services. Since guiding the use of the software over the phone is challenging and our experts may be occupied, you will receive the best support for Mastercam issues by sending an email to mikko.vepsalainen@camcut.fi.
Send the Mastercam file and a short description of the problem and the machining operation that the problem concerns via email.
Generally, emails do not support attachments over 20MB. You can reduce the size of the Mastercam file by removing unnecessary operations and geometries that the problem does not concern or by sending the file through a file-sharing service like WeTransfer.

Since we receive many support messages, clearly title your message. A good title usually includes the company's name, the machine tool, and a short problem description, e.g. Koneistamo Oy / Mazak lathe / Profile chaining etc. Ensure your message also includes a signature with your contact information for any additional questions.
In some cases, it can be helpful to record a video of what happens on the screen. Recording the screen is easy with the Windows 10 operating system. By pressing the Windows key and the G key, you can open the game menu, from which you can record a video. The video is saved by default in the folder C:\Users\User\Videos\Captures

Make sure you have the latest version of the software and related updates. Also ensure that your hardware's video card drivers are up to date. You can find the brand and model of your video card in Windows Device Manager under Display adapters. The latest drivers can be found on the device manufacturer's website, e.g. https://www.nvidia.com/drivers
