Test results
LHL-X100 special urea lubricant maintains a more consistent lubricating film than oil-soap greases even at lower speeds. Studies of oil film thickness as a basis for lubricant performance show that the oil film is thinnest when the rolling speed is zero (or close to zero). LHL-X100 not only produces a more consistent lubricating film than oil under such conditions, but also than lithium grease. The risk of an insufficient oil film therefore does not exist when using the special urea lubricant.
The "stick-slip" effect could not be observed at any of the test speeds when using LHL-X100. Even at very low speeds, the special urea structure and the special additives in the LHL-X100 prevented contact between the metal surfaces. A result that was not achieved by the latest generation of lubricating oils.
